It was in this Monday the night for autographs of Carlos von Schmidt at the launch of his new book, “Beyond the Rising Sun” in the Livraria da Vila, a literary space that I recommend to all ages!

The success in the opening of the art contemporary’s night

The painter Luísa Artèsa in the night of opening of the Off Biennial III of Contemporary Art from São Paulo.

The opening of the Off Biennial III was a success! Nearly 600 people were at the display of art that brought together famous nationals and internationals artists.
Works by several artists under curated by Carlos Von Schmidt, editor of Art:, were presented to the public in the Slaviero & Guedes Gallery in Pinheiros.
Among the artists, Luísa Artèsa, Neno Ramos, Guto Lacaz, Erico Santos, Ivaldi Granato, Margarita Farré.
On 03 November, the writer and critic of art, Von Schmidt, will launch the book “Beyond the Rising Sun” in night of autographs of Alameda Lorena, Jardins.
The artist Luísa Artèsa, which will also be present the night of autographs, drew two of his works in Off Biennial III, “Red Amapolas”  70X100 and “Scene of Spring” 70X100. Both oil on canvas.

A new cultural event in São Paulo’s City

Very important cultural event in the São Paulo’s City:

The Off Biennial III under curatory of Carlos Von Schmidt, ex-curator of MAB, the FAAP Art Museum, and actual curator of Andre’s Gallery the more big of the Latin America.

This exhibition happens from 21october08 at  23november08 in the Slaviero & Guedes Gallery of Art.

Flowers and Tangos

“Nuestro Tango” is an oil on canvas of 70X50 inchs and this work opened many opportunities of work to me, with the Argentinian, that it likes of my paintings.
